  • Tuesday November 9 – 10 minutes on the treadmill @ 10km/h, Workout #2 Magazine Mix Workout
  • Wednesday November 10 – OFF
  • Thursday November 11- Squats, Forward lunges and ball moves, 20 minutes on the stepmaster, 10 minutes on the elliptical
  • Friday November 12 – Lower Body Machine workout, 20 minutes stepmaster, 10 minutes bikes
  • Saturday November 13 – Awesome treadmill routine for 40 minutes, Ball Abs

  • Monday October 11 – 10 minutes treadmill @ 10 min/km, Kettlebell workout
  • Tuesday October 12 – 12 minutes elliptical resistance 5 (1 min FWD, 1 min BWD), 30 minutes HIIT on treadmill (9.8-11 km/hour), 5 minutes stationary bike
  • Wednesday October 13 – 10 minutes stationary bikes (resistance 5), Kettlebell workout (double circuit), 10 minutes elliptical
  • Thursday October 14 – 15 minute elliptical resistance 5 (7:30 min FWD, 1 min BWD), 15 minutes stationary bikes (resistance 6), 15 minutes stepmaster (resistance 7)
  • Friday October 15 – 12 minutes elliptical resistance 5 (1 min FWD, 1 min BWD), Total Body Workout Mix, 5 minutes stepmaster resistance 7
