How I Eat

Since doing several Beachbody workouts, reading about the ABS Diet Eating Plan and working with Jennifer Jordan of Sweat and The City, I have pretty much come up with my own eating habits and a sort of eating plans. Of course, I cannot be perfect, and I often slip but what I am really doing is just learning about the way I eat and what works best for me in the long run.

Some repetitive habits I have created:

  1. Eating 6 meals every day, each around 300 calories
  2. On WORK DAYS, these are my eating hours:

7 AM – Breakfast

10:30 AM – Snack

14:00-15:00 – Lunch

18:00 – Snack

20:00-20:30 – Dinner

3. “Curb Curfew” after lunch

4. One smoothie each day

 

Here is a basic food list I follow and TRY to go through every day (obviously with different ratios!). It is very much like the ABS Diet Eating Plan.
