I am a HUGE fan of Beachbody (even though I am not a coach; Europe is not really a market for it at the moment….)
My BFF recently moved to American and she knows I heart exercise, so every time she comes for a visit she brings along a new workout for me!
These are the ones I have and tried:
I feel that it is very important for me to add that with none of the programs that I have tried I had actually managed to see significant results. Sure, with INSANITY my endurance definitely increased, but I cannot say ChaLEAN or P90X created significant changes to my body. This is simply when I compare the Beachbody programs the the Jillian Michaels DVDs I own, which provide results within a WEEK. Maybe its just their format, but they don’t really work for me…
