Coconuts for Madge, please!
We LOVE LOVE LOVE reading about Tracy Anderson and especially all the workout tips she gives about Madonna the goddess!
Madonna kicked off her summer European tour at the 02 in London on the 4th of July – and is drinking coconut water to keep up her energy levels during the dance routines.
The brains behind all this, aka TRACY, says:
“I get all my clients to drink coconut water – it is the best thing when you’re training.”

The Hot and Fit says:
The Hot: very low in Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Vitamin C, Riboflavin and Calcium, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Magnesium, Potassium and Manganese.
The Spit: very high in Sodium, and a large portion of the calories in this food come from sugars.
Make sure Madonna doesn’t bloat, Tracy!
The 50-year-old Queen of Pop has been training for two hours a day with her personal trainer Tracy Anderson, who travelled to London with her to prepare her for the tour.
‘I have completely changed Madonna’s body. I told her to forget everything she had been taught before and to give up yoga, which can make you look terribly veiny. Madonna’s very healthy and looks fantastic but those veins have nothing to do with me!
Oh! This is very interesting. So Tracy A is not a yoga fan! Just as we are trying to get into it, we get these news. BAAAM!
Personally, we will still try to do some yoga, cause we have gotten so freaking flexible in the last couple of weeks!
