The Hot and Fit on Falling off the Wagon
And it is all about sticking to it.
What are we talking about?
You know, those days where you are so not in the mood to stick to your Hot and Fit self…the exercising, the eating right, the motivation…so you make yourself think you can screw up for one day. Hell, you are getting towards your goal anyhow.
But its not that easy, as we’re sure you find it.
Because a week later, it seems cool to have another off meal. Or maybe several.
The reality of it is, IT WON’T DO YOU ANY GOOD.
Furthermore, it will make you lose your motivation in the long run and gain weight!
We know. We have fallen off the wagon, too.
Too many times actually. Which is why we have a few tips and tricks:
- Exercise – and by that we mean, just freaking do it! Get up early in the morning and do it. No excuses, holiday, sucky weather…there are pavements everywhere and boot camps you could do at a 14m2 hotel room. Do it and get it out of your way.
- PLAN – not just exercise routines, but what you are going to put into your mouth. Bag of Lays or McDonalds’ cause you are short on time won’t be good. Get snacks from home, pack a sandwich, or better, prepare any entire meal! It saves money and it saves calories. Could it get any better?
- Do your BEST in getting back on track right the next day, and FORGET the fact that you have indeed, cheated. Guilt is our own worst enemy and it won’t do any good thinking too much about it. What’s done is done, but in the words of Scarlett, tomorrow is another day!
