The Hot and Fit Says: Exercise To-Do List

We have started to take some serious advantage of our iPhone’s Notes application.

Why? Because its a great utility for listing down the exercises we want to accomplish for a certain session.


For example, the list above outlines our favourite cardio drills for a Hot and Fit Home Boot Camp.

How else do we use it? Each morning, we spend about 10-15 minutes doing body –weight exercises. So we list them the night before and in the AM the list is nice and fresh in front of our face.

Furthermore, you can easily copy+paste it to your calendar so that it is a whole TASK! No way around that, is there?
